5. No Guarantee of Approval

We cannot guarantee:

• Specific loan amounts

• Interest rates or product features

• Lender timeframes

All outcomes depend on lender assessment processes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for lender decisions, credit outcomes, or delays

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss

• Our liability (if any) is limited to re-supplying services
